Frequent Headaches, Acidity, Vomiting. Taking Migranil. What Kind Of Medicine Or Diet Will Help?

Hello sir, My self xxxx and age about 32years.I am suffering from frequent either head ache or migrain and which incusative initially with mucus secretions in the mouth,after 2 to 3hours getting vomiting.Addtion to this feeling full of gas in the stomach eventhough avoiding junk food.when starts headache, have been using migranil,some times head ache or migraine will be relieved and some times consumed tablet coming out along with vomiting.This problem was happening to me from past 2 to 3 months.pls suggest me what kind of medicines and food can used for normal diet to prevent this problem. pls suggest.

Thank you for consulting HCM.In migraine you will have mostly unilateral headache associated with nausea or vomiting with photophobia or phonophobia.If you are diagnosed with migraine you need to take prophylaxis for that for some free interval and i suggest TAB.topiramate 25mg at night as prophylaxis for 2-3 months, but it may cause slight weight loss as side effect.For acute attack stop using migranil and use tab.hedset 25mg.Relaxation exercises,massage,even ocupuncture may help you to prevent frequent attacks.Thank you.Have a good health.
