Frequent chest pain and headache, dizziness, shortness of breath. Diagnosed with anxiety and PVC. Right diagnosis?

I have everyday chest pain and headaches . I very often get dizzy during the day. I can t exercise because afterwards I get dizzy and confused. My chest is always pounding. I ve been diagnosed with anxiety and PVC . It feels like there is something really wrong with my heart. I constantly have shortness of breath. Is it anxiety or an actual condition? It s bad!!

Most of the symptoms you describe point towards possibility of angina - hence you must see Dr & get baseline blood test , ECG, cardiac stres test done. Also your blood pressure needs monitoring
