Frequent Bruising On Body, Usually Inner Thighs, Knee, Arm. Causes ?

I often get bruising on my body, usually inner thighs on inside of knee and on arm , on muscle, inner, w what could this be caused f from sometimes small as if someone had grabbed me,often cluster of 2-5 and dark as if from fingers imprinting and large bruises on upper shin light in colors, blue, green, purple, n black and painful.also on inner thighs just about same as ones on arm...what could this possibly be caused from?

Hi there,
Thank you for your question.
With your increased tendency to bruise, I would strongly suggest that you should have a complete blood count done. I would to have a look at your platelet count because a low platelet count can cause one to have increased risk of bruising and increased risk of bleeding from other sites of the body as well.
Additionally I would like that you should also have a coagulation profile done as well to see if your blood clots normally or not.
If you are on aspirin (baby aspirin) or some other blood thinner like clopidogrel or warfarin for some reason this may in itself cause one to have increased bruisability.
