Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Gallbladder removed along
gastric bypass surgery , so only fatty food gives some trouble in such type of cases , She is passing stool so many times and all reports are normal including colonoscopy & G I endoscopy.
Hysterectomy already done.
Since you mentioned that she is at present 40 years age and taking
hormone replacement therapy , not mentioned the name of HORMONES?
Now note down followings ,
Perimenopause refers to the time period preceding menopause when fertilitu wanes & menstrual cycle irregularities increases , until the first year after cessation of menses.
As you stated that there is palpitation with sweating ( near nose) .
Due to perimenopause female feels ,
Hot flashes,
nigh sweats,
insomnia ,
tension & stress ( this is the main cause of frequent motion i.e.semisolid in consistency ),
vaginal dryness,
mood swings ,
depression.
These symptoms varies from ( or trouble from 2-5 years).
The best option is consult a Gynecologist &
psychiatrist and get their opinion and treatment rather so many tests and examinations.
Good luck.
