Welcome to HCM!

I have gone through your question and it is almost apparent form your presentation that you have an infection, possibly from what you ate the night before developing all this.
Had I been at your place, I would see a doctor and take treatment. I feel that in such a case a course of cefixime along with metronidazole , for five days should help in curing the infection. along with it, an antacid and antispasmodic and antiemetic will take care of nausea, pain and abdominal discomfort .

Do get your routine blood counts, and Blood pressure checked. your native place is not mentioned, but getting a WIDAL test will rule out typhoid.

continue to eat, however little, and take enough fluids to prevent dehydration.

Hope you get well soon. Feel free to ask more queries
