Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you give more information on :-
1. Any history of hemorrhoids?
2. Any episode of pain in the anal region while passing stool?
3. What is the consistency of your stool?

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract and needs medical management.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once daily before meals along with an antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and an antamoebic like Metronidazole and a probiotic.
I would advise that you should first get clinically examined before starting any medication.

You should eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also maintain your hydration.

I hope this is helpful to you.
