Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the chronic urinary tract infection. You may need to have culture and sensitivity of urine, and get treatment according to the report.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for excluding any perineaum infections or uterine variations like fibroids, or ovarian cyst etc.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
