Fractured My Nose. Ears Keep Plugging With Headache. What To Do?

I just recently fractured my nose I m pretty sure anyway now four days later my ear keeps plugging up sinus is plugged up about 90% of the time and headaches are getting more frequent is there anything I can do it feels a little better when I increase the pain of my nose by dealing with the sharp pain and moving the bone around

hi,
it seems that you might having fracture nasal bones along with some damage to your sinuses as well.
Go for x-ray nasal bones with Para Nasal Sinuses.
Consult ENT surgeon and get examined.
