Hi, You might have gone for treatment at the time of fall. Now it seems that few complications developed giving rise to all problems. There might be malunited fracture, projection of bony part and there is possibility of having Osteomyelitis as well. Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined. Ok and take care.

Fractured Elbow, Hollowed Like Piece Of Spagetti Sticking Out The Open Wound With Fluid. What Could It Be?
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM. This is to just let you know that there is no role for any self care treatment or home remedies in a case of elbow fracture. An infected elbow joint (as per your description) fracture needs an aggressive form of treatment lest it will result in most unfavourable outcomes. So, I suggest you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for further management. Hope this information is helpful. Good day
