Four Arteries Blocked In An Aged Person. Lungs Very Weak. Should We Get His Bypass Done?

Hello My grandfather is age of 79 year old he felt acute pain in heart two days before and after angiography result is all four arteries are blocked one 100% , two 95% and main artery 90% block . One important thing about him is his lungs are very weak , should we go for bypass surgery or what to do please help and oblige Lokesh pokharna

Thanks for query,
Your grand fathers coroneries were blocked by about 90% & he needs bypass surgery.
I think along with lungs his kidney status should also be checked before deciding for by pass surgery.
If he had good functioning kidney's the chances of by pass result is increased.
to go for surgery or not is an individual decision as at this age there were much more risk on operation table for anesthesia.
In a sedentary life style medical management can also serve your purpose. thanks.
