Hi welcome to health care magic forum. Cefalexin is a well tolerated and safest drug and belongs to pregnancy categary of drugs. But as with every drugs, it also has some side effects, among them utricaria and eczema is also possible to occur, in some patients, but of course resolve after stoping the drug.
It also could be due to disease also, so i advise you to consult a dermatologist, for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as , Take more of water, fruits, and juices to have a good hydration, moist skin.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
