Found A Tear In The Superior Labrum Through MRI
I received a Phenergan shot and the nurse gave it to high into my shoulder joint. After 3 weeks of steroids I was sent for an MRi and it shows a tear in my superior Labrum. I had no prior pain previous to the injection Could the injection into my shoulder joint have caused the tear

It is very unlikely for an intraarticular injection to cause a labral tear.Syringe even if touches the labrum it cannot a tear. The labral tear has been a part of your shoulder pathology for which u r being treated since a month.If u would have taken an MRI scan even 1 month prior, u still would have found the tear.
Do not worry. As far as it is a very small tear, the treatment remains conservative .But the only thing is that it wil take time. Shoulder pathologies r known for taking time to recover.
Treatment:
1) slow mobilization exercises of shoulder.Do not keep the shoulder immobile.( leads to stiffness which becomes very difficult and painful to treat )
2) T.nucoxia 90 mg ...once a day for 15 days if the pain is too much
3) hot water fomentation.
4) be mentally strong.do not worry because this problem is very treatable but takes time.
