Foul Smell From Nose, No Nasal Infection, Dental Problems Or Stomach Conditions. Causes?

I have a bad smell from my nose . I have had it checked out by an ENT specialist who could not find an infection. I have visited the dentist who has told me there is nothing in my mouth that would cause the smell. I have also had a endoscopy done and there is nothing in the stomach that is a problem either. I do not know what to do. I need to find a doctor that specializes in this type of condition.

YOU FIRST ASKED YOUR HOUSE PERSONS THAT WEATHER THEY ALSO SMELL THAT OR YOU HAVE FALSE PERCEPTION.AS YOUR ENT CHECKUP WAS DONE THAT PROVE YOU DON'T HAVE RHINITIS,SINUSITIS,ATROPHIC RHINITIS ETC CLINICALLY.YOU HAVE NORMAL ENDOSCOPY AND DENTAL CHECKUP.
SO MY SUGGESTION TO YOU TO DO A CT SCAN OF NOSE AND PARANASAL SINUS AND CONSULT ANOTHER ENT SPECIALIST AND IF YOUR HOME PERSON DIDN'T SMELL THEN YOU SHOULD CONSULT A PSYCHIATRIST.
