hi im having issues with my penis, it feels like the inside of the tip is trying to force something out an it has a bad smell coming from it almost like a skunk. I had sex a few weeks back so im worried i got something from someone. I also have problems with my anis sometimes there's blood on the toilet paper an it gets itchy the weirdest thing is it feels like i have a bulge in the hole like it shouldnt be there. Im asuming its hemroids so i took preperation H but it still feels weird. I really want to know what to do about both!

RE the penile odor. Typically with an STD there will be discharge from the penis and pain with urination. The discharge may have an odor. Small stones from the kidney or bladder maybe trying to be passed, but they typically don't have a bad odor.
It sounds like hemorrhoids. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, don't force the stool out when having a BM, avoid squats at the gym, try taking collinsonia root orally.
