Foreskin Of My Penis Is Swollen

hi, im 19 male and on th head of my penis there is a section where the skin has come off. i think it might have been done by friction, its just beside the bango string. also my foreskin has swollen a little. can you help me?

Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Apply warm compresses and some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. You can also apply topical antibiotic creams. However if the symptoms persist then oral anti inflammatory drugs may be needed. You have to consult your dermatologist then.
