Foreskin Not Retracting Back. Can This Be Treated Without Undergoing Circumcision?
I am 28 years old. My foreskin is not retracting back. I tried some of the stretching exercises , however it leads to scars which is very painful. can this be treated without undergoing circumcision. or else if it is left like this only will it lead to any further complications

Stretching exercises are usually advocated in children because the skin is stretchable. At your age it wont help i guess.
Anyways, Circumcision is a very reliable way to cure Phimosis.
If you leave it as it is...it might not cause any problems at all OR it might lead to infection due to lack of proper cleanliness.
