Welcome to Health Care Magic.

I have gone through your query. You might well be suffering with Phimosis. The burning sensation and redness you have been experiencing is due to the stretching of foreskin.

Please get your Blood sugar levels ( Fasting and post lunch) checked. Phimosis of recent origin could be due to Diabetes or excessive trauma to skin due to a frictional force ( may be due to excessive masturbation). Based on the results if you are found to be diabetic , treating it should solve your problem.

I would suggest you to use a lubricant like KY jelly while stretching the fore skin or while having sex.
If the problem is severe , you might have to undergo circumcision ( It is a simple procedure which would hardly take 20 min for the surgery).

Wish you a speedy recovery

Take care
