Forehead Injury Right Below Hair Line, Dizziness, Bump Formed, Upset Stomach. Cause Of Worry?

My daughter was playing at the playground tonight (approximately 2 hrs ago) and as she was climbing up someone was climbing down and their knee hit her forehead right below her hair line She instantly felt dizzy and a big bump formed She is still complaining her had hurts and feeling tired and upset stomach should I be worried? Its bedtime is it OK for her to go to sleeep?

Hello there
The sign of head injury are:
1. Loss of consciousness.
2. Episode of vomiting after the injury
3. Ear, nose, throat bleed
4. Drowsiness or confused behavior.
5. Abnormal reaction of pupil to light.

If you found any of the above symptoms than you must go to ER and get CT head done. Else give Ice fermentation along with analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce pain and swelling.
If there is no sign that are mentioned above than she can go for sleep and take rest.
