For More Than 8 Months I Have White Rashes On The Base Of My Penis
For more than 8 months i have white rashes on the base of my penis. They seem to disappear on applying water or cream but slowly gets rash and itchy.. It seems like white scales coming off while itching. the area is a bit more sensitive as compared to other areas on penis. The area is very dry. Please tell me what to do and what is this and how serious?
