For lowering cholestoral instantly which juices should I consume , when I searched I found that cranberry juice is the best for lowering cholestoral. Is it right?
what other foods do I need to take to lower bad cholestoral instantly. My weight is 85kg , height is 5"10' and I have high cholestoral (271 LDL) . Kindly advice.

Welcome to HCM,
There are no food which can reduce cholesterol (LDL) instantly,If your LDL is 271 mg/dl we must know all other parameters also like Total cholesterol.Triglycerides, and HDL.
Please take care of diet there are food items which help to reduce LDL and control Lipid Profile.
Oatmeal, oat bran and high-fiber foods,Fish and omega-3 fatty acids, Walnuts, almonds,Olive oil & Margarines, orange juice and yogurt drinks with added plant sterols
If LDL is so high it best to take HMG coA inhibitors Statins like Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin.
Taking care of diet and medicines you have to exercise daily 1 hour at least.
Please avoid animal fats and smoking and Alcohol.
