hello sir, my name is AAAAA, i m 20 yrs old nd m an engineering student, i wanna increase my weight which is 50 kgs todays, also i m very thin and wanna increase some physique, i do gymming these days , i have just started it, i wanna know if i should take food supplement or not , and if yes then which one, please answer , i shall be grateful to you!! sincerely, AAAAA YYYY@YYYY

using medicine or protein powders for weight gain is not a healthy way
when you are able to take food ,then you need not depend on hormones or artificial supplements too

for weight gain take foods rich in proteins
actually a balanced diet which includes sufficent amounts of carbohydrates ,fats,and protiens is required for you to gain weight properly
calculate the calories that you are taking,not just eating more
take food in regular intervals
dont skip meals
sleep well
stay cool,keep yourself mentally and emotionally healthy

some exercises help you gain weight,go and talk to your gym coach
take healthy food and do regular exercise it increases your weight
take egg whites
foods rich in protiens like egg white,soya,cereals ,green vegetables,green leafy vegetables are recommended
remember weight gain is not important,staying fit is important see that you gain weight only till how much you should ,according to your height
calculate your bmi ,on any bmi calclators available on net,if it is 25 then its ideal
if less you can try to gain weight
if more ,its better you try to stay fit

being healthy is more important than looking good
