Welcome to HCM,
You symptoms are of malabsorption and increased motility of gut,as food takes time to digest.
You should visit a Physician/Gastroenterologist to examination and investigation for malabsorption which include stool R & M with fat contents and certain other test, like Endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy to diagnose your problem.
You will also required to undergo sensitivity tests for food allergy like Gluten.
Once cause id detected it can be treated accordingly. If every thing comes out normal and it is only functional disorder then the Irritable bowel syndrome is possible which can be treated.
Please take care
Good Luck
