Follicular Cyst In Left Ovary, Stomach Filled With Fluid, No Para Arotic Lymphadenopathy. Solution?
Left Overy e/o 2.7x2.5cm follicular cyst in left overy e/o minimal free fluid in pouch of douglas. there is no para-arotic lympphadenopathy.the aorta and i.V.C. appears normal.GE junction is normal. Stomach is filled with fluid and is normal.small bowels coils are normal in calibre and peristalsis .no abnormal bowel wall thickening/mass/diltation please suggest solution for this
