Fluttering Sensation In The Upper Abdomen. Could This Be Heart Related Or Stress?
I have been having quick flutterring sensations in the center of my upper abdomon (especially at night when I am sitting in a chair watching t.v or reading.) This has all come on in the last two weeks, and I thought maybe it was from stress or nerves, but now at almost 60 years old, I wonder if it could be heart related? What could be causing this?

this is called muscle fasciculation and this is not a serious problem .many people had this.
the cause may be anxiety/stress/neutritional,electrolyte imbalance etc
u may try some anti oxidant like almond/ginsangand calcium
