Fluttering feeling and tightness in the abdomen. Reduced menstruation. Pregnant or menopausal symptoms?

Feel pregnant but not. 2 tests negative and have had last three periods. Felt fluttering in tummy. Now experiencing tightness in abdomen regularly especially after sitting for long time. I have been pregnant before and I swear it feels like it. My periods have been shorter than usual but I have just turned fourty so maybe premenopausal? What could be going on?

Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this are not the obvious sign of either pregnancy or menopause, but this could be due to the poor posture, better try good posture while sitting and sleeping, hormonal disturbances may the cause of menses problem, hope this information helps you have a good day.
