ENT Specialist 's  Response

You are suffering with Upper respiratory tract infection (flu), which is affecting the tube connecting nose/ throat with ear. Due to inflammation in nose the tube gets inflammed and blocked, hence air does not reach ear and you feel fullness and blockage of the ear. T treatment should be steam inhalation, nasal decongestant, chewing exercise and steroid nasal spray. The mole on skin has nothing to do with your nasal problem.

Wish you a speedy recovery
