Fluctuating Fever, Headache, Ear Infection, Vertigo. Taking Clarythromycin. Cure?

I have a fluctuating fever . some pain behind head, a hedache are all my symptoms. I can feel achy at times. I have no classic flu symptoms but did have a ear infection which got treated by clarythromycin. The vertigo that came with that has gone, but still feel as is pics are being poked into the ears at times, but not often.

Hi
Thanks for your query
I can feel your concern
keep your ears dry and put oil swab in your ears while taking the bath.
I recommend you to start with antibiotics and drink plenty of water avoid oily foods and soft drinks .you should do gargles and take some green tea I recommend to have a proper clinical examination.
Hope it helps
