Hello
Welcome to health care magic
Dear patient, your blood pressure is absolutly fine and this much variation which you have seen in your blood pressure is not abnormal at all and it does happen with normal daily activities, same is true for your pulse rate , yes your weight is more and may be your high cholesterol and triglycerrides are because of obesity, once you will reduce your weight , your cholesterol and triglycerrides will also return to normal. Get your blood sugar fasting and thyroid function tests checked, avoid fatty diets like ghee ,butter, egg youlks etc, fried food, jung foods, enhance your green leafy vegetable, salad and fruit intake, avoid smoking, go for daily aerobic exercises for 1/2 hour to 1 hour 5 days a week and every thing will be fine
best of luck
thanks

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that the diet restriction can cause such variations due to gastric irritation due to ristricted diet, due to vagus nerve stimulation.
More over the fluctuation is not a big thing, it is in minimal range only. you should be concerned with weight and cholesterol. For that you should minimise the fats and caloriess.
I advise you to follow morning walk, yoga, meditation etc
Pulse at 60 is not normal, so you can consult for that, and over weight.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
