Flu Like Symptoms With Discolored Stool

I have a 4-year-old boy who started with nausea Monday, continued through Wednesday evening when he started vomiting. Vomited 2 times Thursday a.m. No significance to bowel movements over the last 3 days. Low-grade temp of 99.0 to 99.7 from Monday to current (Thursday). 3 bowel movements today. Stool was whitish-gray and stiff (not too hard though). Nausea is continuing and loss of apetite. Stomach hurts.
