i dont really know how to figure this out. first of all i got flu/cold that started on Wednesday, i had sore throat, so i just took some extra strength benylin, and did not take some of my regular medication (am diabetic). in the process i was thinking that with the said medication i will be relieved and mucus will start to come out as to cough it out but until now theres none. i even changed to robitussin (after i finished the benylin) still nothing comes out. I did go out for a walk about 20 to 45 mins (longest one on sunday, when i come back i was so sweaty. after i changed i went outside sit and have some tea, thought i feel better and lie down on the coach, watch tv. then dinner, i even baked apple crisp 1/2 ingredients all both from store, i think i took my 2 peices of metformin after dinner. i waited a 1 or two hours more and took more benylin ( new packedged i bought on Saturday) waited a few more minutes and get ready for bed, i'd been noticing being sweety from time to time an coughing and right now am feeling different from the chest, sweaty and little numby. what is this i need help!
