Flesh Colored Lumps On Bottom Lip, Dry Lips, Recurring Condition. Cold Sores Or Ulcers?

hello i have been getting tiny flesh colored bumps on my bottom lip cant even see them unless your me they are painless and they dont have anything in them they are just hard and tiny.im not sure what it is a cold sore or what i havent had an ulcer pop out or anything its jus always been the same way they cme and my lips get dry and they leave.what could this be

i have read about your queryi flesh colored bumps on bottom lip along with skin dry lips can be milia due to xerosis of skin.first we should treat dry skin with regular application of moisteriser along with mild steriod over the lips.once dryness is controlled milia will not be present .if still milia are there apply retinioc acid at night
