Flesh colored bumps on outer labia, itching. No pus or scabbing. Due to shaving or sweat?

I shave down there and notice that I get flesh colored bumps on my outer labia afterwards. They do itch St times but no puss or scabbing. Smooth to the touch..only uncomfortable when clothes rub them. I workout a lot and don t always changecmy clothes afterwards. I m thinking irritation from shaving/ sweating. Am I right go assume that?

Dermatologist 's  Response is possible that you are getting irritation due to friction from shaving or reaction from the creams used for shaving/depilation.try electric shavers instead, or go for laser hair removals.
