Flat Round Spot Below Breast, No Pain, Overweight. Family History Of Breast Cancer. Treatment?

I have a flat perfectly round red spot about the size of a quarter on the under side of my right breast. It has been there several weeks. No pain. Keep waiting for it to go away. I am a 58 year old woman with a family history of breast cancer (mother and older sister). I am 5 4 overweight at 189 pounds and currently dieting . Any clues?

Hi, Janpolling,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you might be having fungal infection under your breast site.
This is common site for growing fungal infection.
Get examined by your doctor.
If there is no fungal infection then get your both breasts examined thoroughly for having any lump in your breasts.
If require go for Mammography.
Ok and bye.
