Flaky Small Patches Below Areola With Itching, Erythematous On Friction. Is It An Infection?

i develop dry flaky small patches just below the areola (not on the areola). it develops only during winters or spring time. Im 21years old. And an allergic asthmatic too. the patches are itchy. which is sometimes very troublesome. n gets erythematous on friction. this is happening since 3 years in a row now. kindly help.

thank you for your query
i went through your query & i understood that it is due to dry skin in winters, as breast area is very sensitive it wil be itchy, apply moisturising agents for the area except the areola (nipple). for those erythematous lesions apply clobestol ointment, after it redues apply moisturiser regularly.
