Flab Over Hips, Chest And Stomach. How Can I Lose It Fast?

hi i am kapil i am 20 years old.i am 6 feet tall and weight 95 kgs i want to loose weight as soon as possible i want to loose my hips weight my thighs my chest and my stomach .......i am goint to start jogging. can you please tell me about how to loose my upper body weight,as i can loose lower body fat by jogging and also i cannot go to gym because of my tight schedule so recommend anything that i can do on my own .thank you

hi kapil...when you start jogging you will lose weight over all not only from lower body.. but in order to get a toned body..you need to start weight training in the gym atleast 3 times/week along with jogging on alternate days... eat a high protein diet like eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, low fat milk, curds etc...eat small regular meals... do not skip meals as this will increase fat in your body...have fruits, nuts, chana kurmura, roasted peanuts etc as mid meals, healthy breakfast like egg sandwhich/ oats porridge/ idli/ dosa..salad with lunch, avoid rotis for dinner and have soups, salads, veggies/ non fired non veg...drink lots of water.. enjoy..

the best way to reduce weight is proper exercise, diet and life style modifications.
