Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.
The obesity can best be controlled by an effective diet control and a regulare exercise regimen. Using sauna belts at home are not likely to produce any fruitful results.
Whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain your weight, you must improve your eating habits. Eat a variety of foods, especially pasta, rice, wholemeal bread, and other whole-grain foods. Reduce your fat-intake. You should also eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
Making physical activity a part of your daily life is an important way to help control your weight. Try to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day on most days of the week.
This is the safest way of losing weight and extra body fat.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

hello richa.. you have to convince your husband to do some activity.. sauna belts only cause water loss and dehydration.. not fat loss.. for permanent results he need to exercise and eat right.. you both can go for a brisk walk for 1 hour.. eat small meals every 2-3 hours to increase metabolism..have oats/ ragi porridge for breakfast, fruits and nuts as mid morning snacks, salad + 1 jowar/ ragi roti + veggies+ dal for lunch, sprouts or egg whites as evening snacks..keep dinner light like soups, salads and veggies/ grilled non veg.. avoid fried, junk and processed foods.. drink lot of water.. rest well
