Fishy smell form penis, uncircumcised, good hygiene, used ointments but in vain, urine test normal. Remedy?

Respected Sir, My age is 17. I have uncircumcised penis . I daily wash it properly while bathing. But, after about an hour the fishy(very extreme) smell from my penis returns. I have tried ointments also. I have undergone urine test too. But, the report is normal. The smell is still there. Please tell me some remedies for it. I will be very thankful to you.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. As you mentioned you are neat and clean, but still getting smell, means it must be metabolic, or it may be an olfactory hallucination due to some unconscious feeling. I advise you to consult a physician, for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to get the tests V.D.R.L,blood sugar, etc along with other routine tests for confermation.
Besides i advise you some diet recomendations as , avoid taking pulses, potato, other tubers, and fish which are supposed to cause smell of the urine. Take more of green leafy vegetables, milk, meat, egg, fruits, juices and dry fruits as they improve the blood, general health, and resistance to such health problems. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
