Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, in pain. What is the treatment?

I live in a small town, I need a Dr for fibromyalgia, I am close to Memphis AR or TN. How can I find one, They all say neurologist or rheumatoid arthritis. I need a good Dr. I'm going to lose my job if I don't find help, I am in pain all the time. I would prefer a woman dr, that from the US. NOW YOU SAY COST, COULD TELL AHEAD OF TIME

The treatment for fibromyalgia is Duloxetin and pregabalin. For the rheumatoid arthritis you can begin with Diclofenac sodium. For dosing you can consult your doctor.
