I understand your pain. Fibromyalgia
itself is a chronic pain syndrome
with frequent relapses. Added to it is the IBS.
Please relax; you need adequate rest now.
There is no permanent relief for Fibromyalgia as you must be aware. Practice sleep hygiene
techniques, yoga, meditation, and other relaxation techniques
will help you.
You could probably work out in the evenings as well before you go to sleep.
As for the rashes, apply calamine lotion locally.
