Hi Lisa,

Welcome to healthcare magic!
Your problem is related to infection- viral/bacterial.
Did your clinician get a chest Xray, if not get it now.
You might be having pneumonia.
Headache and fever also suggest viral/bacterial/TB meningitis.
What treatment you received from your doc.
A 1gm Acetaminophen(paracetamol) 8 hourly should be taken.
Viral infections get better in 4-5 days with that along with good hydration, nutrition and rest.
If problem continues then you need to get CT Brain and CSF study.
You need a review physical examination by your physician and get base line investigations like Chest X Ray, Electrocardiogram, Complete Blood Counts, Renal Function Test, Liver Function Test, Lumbar puncture if needed. This work up is expected to detect the underlying problem so a definite treatment could be started.

I hope this advise would be helpful for you.

Still if you have any queries or doubts, please write me back,
I would be happy to solve them.

Wish you a great health!
