my whife sufferring from fever from last 9days initaially for four days fever is around 105deg.fafter 4 days fever is around 102deg.f.taking only dolo 650 mg.some times B.P is getting low.and vomiting sensation and rash on body .she is unable to take food.unable to walk and headache.present blood test shows platelet count 100000.hb-12.8,w.bc4000.SGOT -202AND SGIT IS 143.AND FOUR days in blood test found immunochomatographic test for dengue NSI antigen; positive.pl give advise for control fever and treatment
