All these symptoms suggest that your child might be suffering from upper respiratory tract
can be attributed to post-nasal drip.
And recurrence of fever
indicates that the causative organism of infection has not been eradicated completely.
The management consists of:
1. Drinking of warm fluids
2. Antihistamines to provide symptomatic relief from cold
3. Nasal decongestants to relieve obstruction.
4. Analgesics to take care of fever
5. Antibiotics depending upon culture & sensitivity reports to remove the causative organism
So...it will be better to consult the pediatrician
& start treatment.
