Fever, Hot And Cold Sweats, Headache, Joint Pain, Bladder Issues, Tingling Penis. Help

Hi. I went to the gym on Tuesday and did my first ever stretching class (might not be worth mentioning but I thought I d include it in case it was relevant). When I came home I felt OK, but about 3 hours later I started coming down with a fever which has lasted since then. I have hot and cold sweats, headache , joint pain and issues with my bladder. There is a tingly feeling when I pee in the tip of my penis. The pee comes out in a small stream and I have to go to the bathroom every hour or so. Also when I pee I have a small discomfort in the area between my scrotum and anus. Thanks for any help you can provide

Hi there,
Thanks for your query on HCM.
I have gone through your query and your symptoms are suggestive of an urinary tract infection.
Urinary tract infections are associated with fever, chills and burning sensation while passing urine.
There is a feeling of incomplete voiding and hence increased frequency.
I suggest you get in touch with your GP for a full antibiotic course for UTI.
Drink lots of water which will help wash off the infection to some extent.
