yes please went to er but still having issuess and not convenced they found what was wrong they say i vairl it could just be me cause im not sick to much but im burning up and i have no fever high or low and im hot hot hot and when i blow my nose i have white milkie stuff comes out i have i think blisters on my tonuge dont feel like eating the er did blood work and things and said they couldnt find nothing im also sakie

your history suggests that you have viral fever.

Do not worry it will subside , as it has its own course.

Meanwhile you can do these following things immediate relief.

1.Local application of dologel on tongue might help in reducing soreness.

2.Antipyretics can be taken for raised temperature.

3.Do frequent warm saline rinses to reduce oral infection.

4.you can approach a physician for the treatment of your rhinitis,or cough.

Most importantly take good nutritious diet for faster recovery.
