Fever, Headache And Joint Pains With Heavy Menstruation. Blood Tests Attached. Are These Symptoms Of Serious Disease?

the blood test result of my wife, 43 years, shows ESR 59 mm/1hour,RBC 3.87 million, WBC 10,100cells, HB 10.5, and urine test shows Albumin plus,RBC 2 to 3 Hpf,pus plenty,FPI cells plenty,urin color: yellow, appearance:turbid. She has fever and headache and has been suffering from joint pain for the past some years and heavy menstruation. Are these symptoms of any serious disease?
