Fever, Breathe Smells Metallic, Stuffy Nose, Cold. Any Advice?

My 3 month old has been sick for a dew weeks. 1st because he got immunization shits. He had 7 days of fever. He got better. Now its been 2 weeks since those shots and he is sick again. This time beingbsicknhis breathe smells metallic to me. Is there something wrong? He went to the Dr and I didn't ask he has a virus and that is causing a stuffy nose and cold in his eyes. Please help.

thanks for your query at HCM
immunization will not cause this much prolonged side effects, most of the times with immunization baby will develop pain and fever that will subside with medication.
ii might be due to upper respiratory tract infection from virus that is causing these symptoms , child may not have been treated properly intially that is causing reccurence of the symptoms.
my advice is to consult doctor again and explain all the complaints clearly and get investigation and medication properly this time
