Dear Sir/Madam I am sorry to hear about your son. It appears he got some sort of viral infection. To take the tempreture down he should have paracetamol 500 mgm every 4 hourly if necessary. Paracetamol dispersible tablets 500 mgm is available in the Chemist. He should be given fluids to keep hydration. You can get some electrol powder from chemist and make up the drink and give him small amount repeatedly. Give him tapid sponging.I think that will bring his tempareture down. Keep an eye for any sign of rashes in his body and if he devolops any rash test with a tumbler. If the rash disappear with pressure it is ok, but if not I think you contact your Doctor or take him to A/E Dept.

from the symptoms you explained it appears to be viral infection
just follow the simple measures-
1- give paracetamol 250 mg tab every 6th hourly
2- maintain adequate hydration
3- if he is having vomiting then you can have anti-emetic before food under the prescription of pediatrician
4-generally viral fevers decrease the immunity so they may have bacterial infection next. so he can have some antibiotic under guidance of doctor
5- if he is having repeated vomiting then drugs can be given parenterally under hospital admission
6-please go for some blood tests like tlc,dc,esr, mp for pf and pv
but my advice is consult the pediatrician and get evaluated
