Fever, Abdominal Pain And Loss Of Appetite. Vomiting
My girlfriend has had abdominal pain for the last 18 hours. When she presses on the right side it is painful, but not excruciating. The left side is fine. The pain started as severe cramping last night. Now she can not lay on her right side. She is nauseated and has been vomiting . She has a slight fever (99 degrees), no appetite , and increased frequency in bowel movements, but no diarrhea .

Right sided pain associated with vomiting usually indicated appendicitis so I would like to advice you to take her to a surgeon and may be surgery will be done to remove appendix if diagnosis is confirmed.There may be other causes of the right sided pain also so if possible have a scan abdomen done for her.Thank you.
