Felt Wet Like I Had Peed, Wetness, Heavy Odor Of Ammonia

yesterday for the first time then again today while i was just standingwaiting for someone i suddenly felt wet like i had peed myself. when i checked i had actually dischared liquid not visible but i could feel the wetness. i had no feeling of having to urinate. ithought ok im 49 maybe its the beginning of some type of incontinence. It happened again today but i had put a pad on just in case. Today though I noticed a very heavy odor of pure ammonia. When the urine flows out it feels like when my water broke before having my daughter 9 years ago.

HI,
You have clear white discharge vaginally, which you feel may be urinary incontinence.
You can yourself test for incontinence. If urine driblies,after forceful coughing,it's likely to be incontinence.In such acase you need consultation of a Urologist.
While clear ,profuse vaginal discharge,suggests infection of uterus/ vagina or other pelvic organs.In such a case you will need physical asessment & investigations as per need & treatment there after.
