Felt And Heard Pop In Calf, Painful To Walk. Advise?
I felt and heard a pop in my calf this morning while exersing and had to stop immediately. Should I give it a few days or go to the dr. I am 36. I can stand flat footed and walk with a limp. I have a sedentary job so I am able to rest it most of the day. There has not been any bruising yet. I can flex my foot, point my toes and roll the ankle all the way around. It does ache some at rest and it is painful to walk. Should I wrap it for support? I am not sure what to do.

hi, you might had muscle sprain. since there is no swelling/loss of function in the limb. you can use crepe bandage for giving rest to the part. and take some analgesics with muscle relaxant and analgesic gel on the part. take calcium supplements . all the very best.
